Led the cross-functional, globally distributed team crafting and building the products while driving the the strategy, design and user experience for our 3 Cosmos blockchain-focused products.

Led the the Ignite Launchpad product - a platform for proof-of-stake blockchains to launch, promote and [Redacted] for their projects. Also led the Ignite CLI experience - a command line tool to help scaffold build and launch cosmos-based blockchains and the Ignite Blockchain (Co-Authored Whitepaper: https://github.com/tendermint/spn/blob/main/papers/whitepaper.pdf).

Responsible for maintaining the vision, strategy, planning and execution of the products and their features, functionality, and experience while guiding an amazing team of designers while working along side the cross-functional team to create loved products.

Collaborated closely with others on the leadership team, engineering, business development, legal and operations to help move towards our target milestones, dates, goals and craft new solutions for challenges we face leading up to launch while going through a company spinout process.

Led the Starport product design team building the first Cosmos launchpad for builders, validators and retail crypto consumers.

Brought in to help the team transform the future of search for Google.

Led a team of multi-discplinary designers including motion/interaction designers, visual designers, creative directors and associate creative directors while working closely with project managers, coordinators and producers to quickly explore, iterate, prototype, test and create a scalable product.

Worked with a cross-functional team across the organization including UXR, Engineering, and Product to create a cohesive strategy with opportunities for partnerships and revenue streams.

Partnered with UX research to conduct user studies and customer interviews to better understand how to create a new product to meet the needs, habits and desires of our customers and ensure work was yielding desirable outcomes.
