After leaving Breadcrumbs, I decided to learn how to program and spent a little over a year doing self-directed work. In this time period, I learned Python/Django, CSS/Bootstrap 3, and basic JavaScript to deploy a fully functioning web app hosted on Heroku.

I did extensive research in the area of local business, search, and marketing.
