DesignMap is a SF-based product and service design firm that works with companies building complex B2B(2C) platforms and technology products. In my time here, I've had the opportunity to work on projects that required deep user research, creative synthesis, systems thinking, high-fidelity prototyping, and hands-on design execution. Some of the impactful projects I've contributed to include:
Shopify: Transforming fragmented partner ecosystem into a unified platform experience through comprehensive partner research, information architecture redesign, and system design approaches.
Octave Bioscience: Designing a transformative 0-to-1 offering for a Multiple Sclerosis care platform that bridges the care gap between neurologist visits through a blend of thoughtful mobile and service design supported by research with neurologists and people with MS.
Pure Storage: Leading 0-to-1 platform vision that unified multiple SMB products into an enterprise platform strategy through co-creation workshops, adaptive navigation design, and rapid implementation after securing C-suite funding.
AI Practice Leadership: Advanced DesignMap’s AI capabilities through prompt engineering training, introduction of AI design tools, knowledge sharing on emerging developments, and hands-on experimentation with AI applications.
Each project was an opportunity to apply systems thinking at scale, solve intricate platform challenges, and make meaningful impact for both users and businesses.
