Some of the impactful projects I've contributed to include: Shopify: Transforming fragmented partner ecosystem into a unified platform experience through comprehensive partner research, information architecture redesign, and system design approaches. Octave Bioscience: Designing a transformative 0-to-1 offering for a Multiple Sclerosis care platform that bridges the care gap between neurologist visits through a blend of thoughtful mobile and service design supported by research with neurologists and people with MS. Pure Storage: Leading 0-to-1 platform vision that unified multiple SMB products into an enterprise platform strategy through co-creation workshops, adaptive navigation design, and rapid implementation after securing C-suite funding. AI Practice Leadership: Advanced DesignMap’s AI capabilities through prompt engineering training, introduction of AI design tools, knowledge sharing on emerging developments, and hands-on experimentation with AI applications. During my time there, I worked on AI and enterprise software projects that required enterprise user research, product strategy alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. Key projects included: Watson Discovery Advisor: Conceptualized UX vision for AI-powered discovery platform. Presented to IBM's CEO and GM of Watson, resulting in multiple AI patents and publications. It was successfully implemented by the team in 2011 with evidence showing it significantly improves academic outcomes. ### Head of Department @ Ministry of Education, Singapore (MOE) Jan 2006 – Jan 2010 | Singapore Coached and developed 14 teachers in areas of leadership, curriculum design, lesson delivery & assessment to achieve value-added results for the department since 2003 by developing a student-centered mindset among teachers who can empathize deeply with students. Department won the Outstanding Team Contribution Award for 2006, 2008, 2010 for numerous projects and outstanding value-added results from 2004-2010.
