Client: Tumble | Mobile app | 4 week design sprint | August - September 2019
Tumble offers a modern laundry experience designed to solve problems residents experience when doing laundry in shared spaces. I worked with key players in this agile startup to create the MVP mobile app to interface with the company's washer and dryer units. The app has since launched on both Apple and Android devices.
•Designed the MVP for Tumble’s first modern laundry mobile app interfacing with custom washing machines.
•Worked on a small, agile team in a 4-week design sprint.

Client: Birdnest | Website | 3 week design sprint | March 2019
Birdnest is a private office space provider in the San Francisco Bay Area. They support new and expanding small businesses in finding the right office space tailored to their needs and likings.
We were brought on to the project to research and design a new approach for users to share their preferences with Birdnest, and in turn view the most applicable results. We hypothesized that this would reduce initial office search friction and lead to less in-person office tours before the customer signs on to a new office space.
•Collaborated on a team of 3, in an agile, 3 week design sprint.
•Conducted user research with 21 users and 8 field study participants.
•Created wireframes based on research and feedback on concept sketches.
•Facilitated usability testing with 6 test participants.
•Designed hi-fi comps in Sketch and prototyped in Invision.
