At INRIX, as Lead Product Designer, I’m focused on creating user experiences that make a real difference, whether it’s improving road safety for vulnerable users through Vision Zero products or tackling other mobility challenges. I work closely with teams to simplify complex systems, making sure every design decision meets user needs and enhances usability. My goal is to create intuitive, impactful designs that address real-world problems and push the boundaries of what’s possible in transportation.

Provide project management oversight for all phases of the design to ensure the successful delivery of engaging web-application features and the most effective UX solutions. Work with project managers, designers, developers, and customers to find solutions that improve customer engagement, usability, and site performance. Conduct UX testing of interfaces and create wireframes, mockups, and prototyping of new interfaces for numerous existing and prospective customers.
• Identify pain points in product’s template interface listening to feedback, testing, and following user research methods to develop creative, innovative solutions.
• Research modern UI/UX design trends/best practices to improve the SaaS product and create friendly, responsive, and consistent designs to communicate to leadership and design team.

Privately held startup, venture capitalist owned, technology-centered, gaming/entertainment business encompassing specialty interactive technology and website design, food and beverage, membership services, events, and retail. Established Q1 2014. Began working in a retail position July, 2014.
Lead a team of eight creators producing 20+ creative assets per week. Illustrations, audio/video content creation, UX/UI design, front-end development, and paid social media marketing for all Forge(x) child companies.
Creative Direction and Execution
• Design user-friendly web applications and toolsets to support Forge(x) services.
• Produce websites, interactive installations, and mobile apps for three outside clients, including a not-for-profit foundation, a museum exhibition, a customer-facing eCommerce site, and a mobile parking startup.
• Act as Lead Designer for a tech startup utilizing a mobile app delivering creative vision, innovation in web design and user interface, and consistency in user experience.
Executive Management
• Participated in strategy development, business operations, and P&L decision making for all Forge(x) companies, during a period of rapid business expansion.
• Expanded commercial real estate portfolio from two properties to ten and business offering revenue streams from three to five; Grew staff from fifteen to sixty.
• Held budget decision authority for marketing and advertising (digital, print, and signage) and real estate build-out.
• Monitored marketing and promotional campaigns, evaluated performance and recommended continuation, alternatives, or abandonment.
Commercial Real Estate Interior/Exterior Design and Branding
• Created build-out plans for fledgling businesses and coordinated with contractors and project managers for four commercial properties.
• Produced illustrations and 3D models that were submitted to the Savannah Historic Review Board for assessment of appropriateness of business exterior branding updates and build-outs.
