I am a member of the Compute SRE team for IBM Cloud. Our team works to maintain and enhance the reliability and availability of virtual server instances (VSIs) and other cloud offerings. We are a response team for resolving critical software infrastructure issues. We also design and build observability solutions for cloud products.
