In my role on the Data Team, I planned and implemented usage of new technologies, specifically
Hadoop and Elasticsearch. I was the lead developer on a project to use Elasticsearch for real-time
monitoring and analytics of user behavior. I also wrote and monitored daily extract-transform-load
logic to maintain our data warehouse and performed ad hoc analyses and backfills as needed. I worked
with diverse teams throughout our mobile division to build logging that would most efficiently meet
their requirements and gave presentations to demonstrate usage of the new system.

system for the automatic tracking of tagged animals in a natural reserve. Provided expertise on

filter to screen noise and improve tracking accuracy.
