2025 — 2025
Design lead on the Core Experience team, responsible for key iOS and Android features used by millions of active users. Spearheaded the creation of the PrizePicks design system. Defined primitive, semantic, and contextual tokens which helped streamline design and development and ensured visual consistency across the app.
The iOS app has earned nearly 400,000 positive ratings on the app store. In September 2025, Allwyn purchased 62.3% stake in PrizePicks for an expected cash consideration of $1.6 billion, implying an upfront enterprise value of $2.5 billion up to a potential value of $4.15 billion.
2023 — 2025
ComplYant is a fin-tech web application startup that provides business owners with tax filing payment reminders, deadlines, budgeting tools, and other tax-related features. I served as a Senior Product Designer and Design Lead on the design system team. I also contributed to several key features across the ComplYant digital product experience.
Responsibilities:
Designed a system in Figma from scratch that included over 350 customizable components each with their own usage documentation and property configuration tutorial videos. Developed a design system maturity scale and governance process. Worked alongside developers in the building and implementation of all design system components. Prototyped component behavior animations. Advocated for design system standards across all teams via company-wide presentations, synchronous meetings, design workshops, and written component guidance documentation. Regularly met with designers to discuss new component initiatives, test experimental designs, educate on what components to use, how to properly configure them, and how to implement them into design workflows.

Oddball is an agency that enhances digital experiences for federal government agencies. I worked as a Senior UX/UI Designer on a contract with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. My time was evenly divided between two teams - the Design System team and the Governance team.
Accomplishments:
Led a VA.gov website audit that uncovered over 50 component discrepancies. Designed and assisted developers in launching 10 new components for the design system. Helped lead seven designer onboarding sessions. Helped lead 40 open office hours that resulted in designers getting early design feedback for their product feature. Successfully led a three-month research and design phase of a new process that reviews products before they launch on VA.gov. Led over 20 design intent product feature review meetings that helped capture valuable feedback for design, content, IA, and accessibility practice areas. Helped launch over 50 digital service features that thousands of veterans interact with on a daily basis.
Design System team responsibilities:
Helped manage the VA.gov design system Sketch file by adding and improving existing design components. Managed and updated the VA.gov design system guidance website (design.va.gov). Continuously audited VA.gov digital products.
Governance team responsibilities:
Reviewed digital services before they were launched onto VA.gov. Reviewed research plans and conversation guides. Led weekly design office hour meetings. Led monthly onboarding meetings for all new designers. Wrote research plans and conversation guides.
