Led the strategic re-design and component migration for new Chase mortgage customers (onboarding), increasing accounts created by 30% in 2024. Contributed to the Chase MyHome mortgage application flows, reducing individual drop-off rates from 18% to 6–10%. Contributed to launching Chase HELOC, a 0-to-1 initiative for offering Home Equity Lines of Credit to CMH customers. Created Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) accessibility documentation. Currently it's the baseline for future innovations in the customer support AI Agent space. ### Product Designer @ WRITER Jan 2021 – Jan 2021 | San Francisco Bay Area Designed and launched the ReWrite and Snippets features to support enterprise content creation, improving usability, brand consistency, and governance. ReWrite was a pioneer in the GenAI space, serving as a tool to help assist with content creation through an AI-based paraphraser. Snippets helps content teams create and store their own content, alongside utilizing it throughout their enterprise through a simple command. Designed an AI-powered Figma plugin that accelerated content approvals and reinforced brand voice during creation. Collaborated with product and engineering to evolve Writer’s design system and integrate real-time AI suggestions into core workflows. ### Product Designer - AI @ Chorus.ai Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 | Remote Built a scalable design system for Chorus AI, a pioneer in the AI SaaS space. My work contributed to their strategic roadmap by accelerating feature development, leading to their eventual acquisition by ZoomInfo on June 2021. ### Product Design Intern @ Shift Jan 2019 – Jan 2020 | Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada • Shift is a browser for work designed to help you organize your email and app accounts in the same place. • As a part of the UBC Creative Destruction Lab, I got paired with Shift to apply my career skills to help them identify a new opportunity to grow their business towards larger enterprise clients • I designed an analytics dashboard to be used by enterprise Shift customers to effectively manage their employees and expenditure on month-to-month software subscriptions. • My role consisted of leading the end-to-end design process and presenting a business case using real world data to justify a viable strategy. ### Community Intern @ WeWork Jan 2019 – Jan 2019 | San Francisco Bay Area -Helped manage operations in a building with over 200 small businesses and 1400 members. -Designed an app integration for WeWork members to manage their workspaces -Organized community events focusing on creating and uplifting and passionate work environment for members -Collaborated with engineers to help them understand the processes inside of a WeWork location ### UX Research Intern @ The University of British Columbia Jan 2019 – Jan 2019 | Vancouver, Canada Area UX Lab is a program for UBC students to get hands-on UX Research experience by helping them improve the usability of the university's website.
