Designed and launched a unified employee portal (0-to-1) that serves as the central digital workspace for all Air    India staff, integrating HR tools and mission-critical work applications. 

Designed a complex Role-Based Access system, tailoring portal features specifically for diverse user groups, including pilots, cabin crew, and office staff. 

Developed specialized workflows for App and Tablet, creating high-performance interfaces for real-time task management optimized for crew mobility. 

Collaborated on a strategic visual refresh of the consumer Loyalty program, executing high-fidelity UI updates to modernize the interface and improve user experience.

Led the first iteration of the 'myAI' Design System, creating a scalable component library to ensure visual consistency and development efficiency across platforms.
