Researched usability issues and needs for high-cardinality workflows and wrote PRDs for new features based on internal interviews and other research methods. Based on this, I created feature improvement tickets for existing UI elements and visualizations and then implemented these in the product. I also worked with the design team to create and run a PURE study to assess multi-label workflows and translated the results into corresponding tickets for features and feature improvements. Created utilities using the Fullstory API for creating custom defined UI events.
