• As Interim Wearables Audio Manager, I led a team of three sound designers and one producer in
developing Sound Design Principles, Audio Policy, Accessibility best practices, and Earcon designs for Meta AI Smart Glasses, aligning across PM, Design, Engineering, User Research and Leadership. This 0-1 design system and guidance will allow the wearables team to scale quickly with each new sku.
• Successfully advocated to the Head of Creative Audio to establish Haptics as a core discipline within the team. Led 0-to-1 adoption through targeted training and workshops, upskilling sound designers and raising craft standards across the organization.
• Led 0-1 development of Meta’s Haptics Design System, defining cross-platform standards across
Instagram, Facebook, and Meta AI. Secured buy-in from PMs and leadership to integrate implementation into engineering roadmaps, resulting in consistent, responsive, and a Meta attributed experience.
• Advocated for audio’s inclusion in Meta’s Brand Portal, enabling consistent application of sonic branding principles across products laying the foundation for a distinctive, instantly recognizable Meta sonic identity.
• Led the development of Instagram’s first sonic identity creating audio design principles and signature sounds for DMs, the Reels end card and upload complete. This initiative strengthened brand recognition and cohesion across the app; the Reels end‑card sound now accompanies around 50 million reels posted daily on competitor platforms, providing non‑visual attribution back to Instagram.
2022 — 2022

• Led performance development for a team of four Design Program Managers and one engineer, providing mentorship, growth frameworks, and coaching that directly resulted in two promotions and measurable increases in team effectiveness.
• Directed operational strategy for a multidisciplinary design org, optimizing cross-functional workflows, creative intake, and resource management across Meta’s ecosystem.
• Led the development and roll-out of a 0‑to‑1 intake system built in Google Sheets and Meta’s
proprietary tools to triage high‑volume P0 audio requests across Meta AI, Wearables, Metaverse,
Instagram and Facebook. The system exposed resource gaps and improved transparency for our cross functional partners resulting in a 25% increase in central funding for contract workers and vendors.
• Developed and implemented core operational frameworks including org and team OKRs, RACI, and SMART goals, to create a scalable foundation for planning, autonomy, and cross-functional clarity.
• Championed org-wide culture initiatives by leading Women@Audio events, team summits, and inclusive programming—driving engagement, retention, and belonging within Creative Audio

Played a key role in aligning stakeholders, navigating approvals, and driving execution for a first-of-its-kind branded entertainment experience.
• Led on-going cross-functional program management for FIFA and Apex Legend competitive gaming broadcasts, overseeing end-to-end planning and execution across production, engineering, design, and external vendors to deliver events on time and within budget.
• Created and implemented departmental best practices, establishing scalable frameworks for planning, execution, and retrospectives that improved team alignment, reduced operational overhead, and elevated delivery standards.
• Managed complex budgets and vendor relationships for large-scale global events, ensuring fiscal accountability and consistent delivery of high-quality production standards.
2017 — 2020

Led centralized teams of producers, sound designers and lighting artists to support EA’s global game portfolio—driving team development, resource strategy, and and creative excellence to deliver flagship titles at scale.
• Transitioned EA Visceral’s Audio team from an embedded studio team to a centralized function under EA Create, expanding headcount from 5 to 15 within 7 months while fostering a positive, creative, and accountable team culture.
• Centralized and scaled EA Visceral’s Lighting team following the studio’s closure, doubling its size and empowering senior lighters to adopt a business-owner mindset, resulting in a high-performing, engaged team recognized for creative excellence.
• Oversaw multi-location production workstreams—including lighting, voiceover, music, sound design, localization, and vendor management—to ensure seamless coordination and high-quality delivery.
