They have built a robust design team that I’m honored to be a part of. ### Product Design Manager @ Doma Jan 2021 – Jan 2022 | San Francisco Bay Area • Design leader and manager of 2 of the 3 product verticals. • Managed 3 designers who took the helm of design lead on multiple parts of the products. • Planned and strategized with product managers (PMs) and leaders on product roadmaps. • Participated and won 2 out of 2 hackathons. • Lead designer on integrations. • Created documentation and plans for the expanding design team, which grew to 13. ### Principal Product Designer @ Doma Jan 2019 – Jan 2021 | San Francisco, California, United States • Founding designer with the tasks of building the products’ UX, design system, and team at a high-growth proptech/insurtech Silicon Valley startup. • Grew team from 1 to 5 in 1.5 years, including 2 senior designers, UX researcher, and VP of Design. • Principal designer and design manager of the company’s core offering of a machine-learning enabled title production system. With the help of the growing team, we designed and validated the information architecture, design components, UX, and visual design for this dense platform that consisted of ML/UX best practices, comms, doc management, and complex workflows.
