Hi! I’m Serena, a UI/UX designer located in the SF Bay Area. Currently, I’m the sole designer for an internal QA reporting tool at Apple. 

I have 3 years of experience working as a UI/UX Designer in B2B spaces. At Procense.ai (formerly Empiric, Inc.), a rapidly growing B2B industrial automation startup, I redesigned key web pages and spearheaded the design of their Digital Forms Application. This feature was integral in streamlining current QA workflows and showcasing how automation could revolutionize manufacturing processes. 

I am currently looking for an associate or mid-level position in UI/UX or Product Design. I am specifically looking to expand into product design to better understand how I can balance user needs and business needs. I’m comfortable working in B2B and internal spaces, but am eager to pivot into the world of consumer-facing digital products.
