• Led Kismia's product org transformation, unifying mobile and web teams into cross-platform value streams

• Headed up Kismia Revenue and Retention product squads across platforms

• Led a high-performing team of 20+, including 2 Product Managers and 3 Tech Leads

Launched and scaled Kismia's mobile app business unit from the ground up, achieving XXm ARR.
