Developed Tranzito’s bike parking platform, integrated with existing physical hardware and improved reliability. Modernized the application and integrated core business functionality with external SaaS products.

Led the company in its successful bid for the Los Angeles Street Furniture RFP (winning the project), grew the development team, found and hired the new CTO.

Advised Tranzito (known as Bike Hub at the time) on technology matters.

Added important functionality including bike shop Point of Sale integrations and paid organization features. Built an OpenID integration between Bike Index and GlobalID.

Hired and managed a developer. Transitioned Bike Index into a larger, self-sustaining organization.

Maintained back end for tens of thousands of internet connected bicycles, managing deployment, reviewing code and architecting the API. Migrated from just bicycles to supporting scooters & ebikes.

Built internal tooling for vehicle operations (tracking, repair, activation, rebalancing).
