I design systems that help organizations understand their work, make better decisions, and move in the same direction especially when complexity is high and the stakes are real.

I’m currently a Staff Product Designer at Dropbox, where I lead design for DropboxOS, an internal platform used weekly by thousands of employees to plan work, track progress, and stay aligned. My work focuses on clarity, trust, and momentum inside organizations—designing systems people actually rely on to move from intent to execution.

Executives need clear signals to make decisions. Managers need shared context to coordinate teams. ICs need to understand what matters and how their work connects. My role is to create systems that support all of these users together, so decisions flow cleanly into execution and execution feeds back into better decisions.

I operate at a principal IC level, owning problem spaces end-to-end rather than individual features—defining product models, interaction systems, and workflows that span surfaces and hold up over time.

Previously at Spotify, I worked on internal developer and data platforms, including early UX foundations for Backstage. Earlier in my career, I ran a design consultancy partnering directly with founders and exec teams to ship 0→1 products under real constraints—tight timelines, limited resourcing, and revenue and adoption goals.

### Staff Product Designer @ Dropbox

Design lead for DropboxOS, Dropbox’s internal operating system for planning, execution, and review. I own system-level UX across strategy, workflows, and leadership surfaces, translating executive intent into durable product models used company-wide.

• Led design for a multi-surface platform used weekly by 90%+ of Dropbox
• Shipped the system of record for company planning across execs, managers, and leads
• Partnered directly with the Office of the CEO on high-stakes planning and review workflows
• Platform reuse: CompanyOS directory + org chart were adapted and shipped in Dropbox Dash

### Product Designer @ Dropbox
Jan 2020 – Present | New York, New York
Worked on early-stage product bets exploring expansion beyond file storage. Led 0→1 design in ambiguous contexts, owning end-to-end workflows across estimating, time tracking, invoicing, and content monetization from concept through launch.

• Led 0→1 design for new customer-facing products beyond Dropbox’s core business
• Shipped MVPs end-to-end in close partnership with Product and Engineering
• Built product judgment around scope, product-market fit, and go-to-market constraints
