Technical leadership and global program delivery of core work streams for Microsoft Recall – Windows flagship AI experience
• Drove end-to-end program delivery to develop and launch Microsoft Recall’s Onboarding and Privacy-first experiences, reaching about 3.6M+ global Windows users with CoPilot+ PCs.
• Orchestrated global cross-functional delivery with 50+ stakeholders (engineering, design, user research, marketing, privacy and compliance teams) across 4 time zones, driving alignment on scope, requirements, schedule, OKRs and proactively managing budget, quality, risk, roadmap, critical path to ensure a successful global launch and optimize engagement and user trust metrics. Communicated program status and risks to senior leadership on a weekly basis.
• Dived deep to synthesize data and feedback from 30+ users research study, 400+ internal user testing and 3 Executive Reviews, uncovering actionable insights that positively impacted engagement, retention, user trust and CSAT goals.
• Ensured delivery of regulatory (GDPR + DMA/Europe, CTA/China) compliant features, upholding a high security bar for sensitive user data which was critical for enabling global product launch.
