Conducted UXR and advocated for A/B testing on notification design with a 0.3% increase in CTR, in addition to socializing insights of an audit on existing notifications and a literature review. Leading the design of iOS earning widgets & mobile organization chart with 1.2M expected users on Dayforce Mobile. ### Product Designer @ Ontario Digital Service Jan 2020 – Jan 2020 | Waterloo, Ontario, Canada Re-envisioned the user experience on Figma with ServiceOntario’s appointment booking system projected to reduce in-person wait times by 91% iterating on feedback for design decisions from 15 user interviews. Led a review of Ontario.ca by leveraging Google Analytics and 20+ user interviews with a focus on reducing bounce rates, exit rates, & increasing page views through content strategy & site architecture. Conducted discovery work including market analysis and stakeholder interviews with the Ministry of Labour, and led the creation of a small business toolkit. ### Project Coordinator @ You.i TV Jan 2020 – Jan 2020 Managed a cross-functional team in development of a streaming app. Communicated statement of work for contract value of $36k with client, outlining resourcing and feature prioritization. Improved communication for 10+ client-facing projects through a Confluence template to address dependencies, account overview, and risk anticipations. ### Brand Ambassador @ Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America Jan 2018 – Jan 2019 • Promoted monthly social justice campaigns and advocated for sustainable and ethical production sources (cruelty-free, fair trade) resulting in the passing of bills such as BILL S-214. • Presented personal recommendations to customers through consultations with knowledge of 100+ wellness products, both as a team and individually, while garnering $1000CAD (team total) in sales each day to reach a daily sales quota, with increased sales during peak season through effective product explanation. • Arranged storefront to increase sales while stocking products when low in supply to adhere to company-wide standards. ### Assistant Instructor @ Kumon North America, Inc.
