Director of Program Management and General Manager of PIVOX’s Northern California office, reporting directly to PIVOX Corporation’s President and company ownership. I continue to lead PIVOX’s design-build construction, project management, construction management and civil engineering practice (as described in my Principal Engineer position description).

I am also responsible for line and operational management of PIVOX’s engineering and project management staff. I manage PIVOX’s professional staffing plans, leads recruiting and staff retention measures, lead staff performance management and nurturing efforts, and actively mentor staff across a wide range of experience levels.

I lead PIVOX's Corporation's groundwater remediation design-build practice, including directing all PIVOX engineering design, serving as build-phase project manager, and supervising PIVOX's on-site engineering and QA team. I also serve as PIVOX's project management lead; providing SME support and in-house review and auditing of PIVOX project management work.
