I am a civil engineer / environmental remediation engineer / construction project manager specializing in leading delivery of challenging environmental remediation and civil infrastructure programs.  

I have extensive experience in strategic development of complex construction programs, including program development, risk assessment and management, financial management, strategic sourcing, safety management, using an engineering- and process-based approach.   

I've led and managed complex environmental remediation projects, including groundwater and soil remediation system design, construction, and operations projects; as a consulting engineer, turn-key design-build engineer, construction contractor, and construction manager.  Connecting the dots between hydrogeology, engineering, and construction is my focus, and I have an extended track record of delivering safe, quality, and expedient remediation projects.

I'm also an experienced operations manager, including serving as general manager of PIVOX Corporation's Northern California office.  I enjoy building a practice, recruiting and developing staff, building a positive and productive working culture, and mentoring staff starting their careers.
