I lead a team of 13 designers, including a Senior Manager.
Currently leading the design of core AI development and testing tools—Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Data Retrievers & Libraries, and Testing Center—as part of the Agentforce platform, which has been adopted by over 800 organizations since its launch 1.25 years ago.
Leading the interoperability strategy for Agentforce by expanding platform capabilities to support multi-agent interactions via MCP servers, enabling seamless integration of third-party agents.
Led the development of a migration tool enabling Bot customers to transition to AI Agents, empowering our 35 million monthly active users to harness the power of Generative AI instead of relying on rule-based engines.
Led the design and development of a no-code predictive AI model builder and Bring Your Own Model (BYOM) capability, along with systems for model inference and deployment—resulting in 27 million customer inferences within 8 months. With the rise of Generative AI, we evolved Model Builder to support integration of external LLMs into the Salesforce ecosystem—launching first-party support for AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex, and Databricks, along with a Bring Your Own LLM (BYO-LLM) option to foster an open, flexible ecosystem.
Led the design and development of Salesforce's internal AI Platform used by our developers to build and deploy AI applications. It's meant to be a unified, complete and flexible AI Platform that makes it easy for our internal colleagues to deliver intelligent experiences at scale.
Redesigned Einstein Search to elevate Salesforce’s standard search experience using Generative AI, delivering smarter, more personalized results and supporting over 1.5 million natural language searches per month.
Developed conversation design frameworks across Salesforce clouds and led Slack App vision for Service, Trailhead and Tableau.
