Recruiting Diversity Engagement Team: Built features to create equitable opportunity for underrepresented candidates to prepare for the Meta interview process.

o Engineered a prototype that enables candidates to compile their code in various languages and get an automated correctness score: using Hack, React.js, graphQL, Relay, AWS, and Docker.

o Expanded coding practice on Meta’s career profile to show preparation materials for Data Engineering (SQL, Coding) and Engineering Management (Freeform responses, coding, etc.).

Recruiting Talent Discovery Team: Built tools to help sourcers find qualified candidates for open roles at Facebook.

o Built a rank-able search history feature end to end using Hack, React.js, graphQL and Relay to surface past searches to sourcers showing total screen to onsite and onsite to offer conversion rates.

o Implemented a new search filter that shows recommended candidates based on resume parsing.

o Wrote React Jest tests across 89% of search filters and 6 jest e2e tests covering major flows on Sourcing tool.
