• Led the 0→1 launch and global expansion of Order Tracking, driving reengagement after checkout by providing consumers with real-time delivery updates for all purchases within the PayPal app.

• Owned the marketplace browse experience, ML-driven recommendations, and merchandising content management systems, driving higher add-to-cart conversions and cart value through personalized product discovery tailored to weekly shopping needs.

• Led an innovation team to pilot a surprise gifting experience that welcomed new Shipt members with a gift in their first delivery, increasing second-order purchases and tips for gig-shoppers.

• Shipt is a membership marketplace and same-day delivery service that connects customers with local personal shoppers for groceries, household essentials, and other products. Acquired by Target.

• Owned the redesign of OpenIDEO.com and onboarding flows, driving uplifts in user acquisition and activation.

• Led the launch of an event publishing platform for OpenIDEO participants, scaling community-led events to 3,000+ across 33 cities worldwide.

• OpenIDEO is IDEO’s open innovation startup dedicated to solving the world’s toughest social problems through collaborative design. I joined as an early team member, wearing multiple hats across user growth and research before becoming the second PM on the team.

• Led cross-disciplinary teams to deliver large-scale urban masterplans totaling 6M square meters across the US and Asia, coordinating architects, engineers, and city stakeholders.

• SOM is one of the largest architecture, engineering, and urban planning firms globally, known for the One World Trade Center and the Burj Khalifa (currently the world's tallest building). As a senior member of SOM's West Coast City Design Practice, I led complex urban development projects for real estate clients across East Asia.
