Before PayPal, I owned marketplace discovery at Shipt, helping customers find essential products for same-day delivery. Before that, I led user acquisition and engagement at OpenIDEO, IDEO's open innovation platform.
 
Earlier in my career, I managed city planning projects as an architect and urban planner at SOM, one of the world's top architecture firms.
