• Redesigned the Help Center experience, reducing support ticket volume. Navigated ambiguity, defined vision, and stepped in for PM, driving alignment and execution.

• Regularly presented in front of execs, influenced and managed cross-functional stakeholders. Mentored junior designers.

• Launched a digital template business on Etsy, selling 100,000+ items and ranking in the top 1% of 6M+ sellers. Owned branding, product strategy and customer funnel.
