Use prompt engineering and conversational design to make the AI Assistant more empathetic, trustworthy, and effective in guiding caregivers toward the right resources and next steps. Led the 0→1 design of Loss Support, helping members navigate the emotional and logistical challenges after losing a loved one. Homethrive's mission is to empower working family caregivers and aging adults with innovative resources and compassionate support to discover a better way forward that prioritizes their health and wellbeing. ### Senior Product Designer @ Amazon Jan 2023 – Jan 2025 | San Francisco Bay Area Led the design optimization of member-facing experiences across key journeys including registration, onboarding, appointment booking, and billing. Drove the design of major integration projects bringing One Medical into Amazon Health Services, such as the seamless and secure implementation of Log in with Amazon for a unified cross-platform experience. Redesigned billing, payments, and insurance experiences to improve price transparency, increase customer satisfaction, and reduce outstanding collections.
