•Collected customer requirements and designed a scalable proof of concept (POC) that was later deployed to handle 8 million serial numbers daily from thousands of devices in low-connectivity environments.
•Performed load testing to handle 1,500+ concurrent requests, implementing horizontal scaling to ensure optimal performance in production.
