Achievements:
Effectively launched a new Underwriting Engine, aligning technology and business goals to establish a lucrative sales vertical. Achieved through orchestrating a shift from monolithic architecture to Domain Oriented Design, significantly speeding up feature deployment and safety.

Orchestrated the successful delivery of pivotal projects, such as the launch of Underwriting in Canada, Compliance Module, Document Uploader, Hierarchical Configuration Service and an Audit Log

• Managed team operations, overseeing project delivery, communication with executives and prioritization. As the release manager for the team, I ensured safety through planning, design and comprehensive coverage for production-released features.
• Contributed as a member of the Finix API Review team, diligently scrutinizing updates to the API. Ensured that all modifications to adhered to prescribed standards of communication, maintaining the integrity and reliability of the system.

Designed, developed and re architected the Dashboard Service, facilitating the conversion of Dashboard Users to Finix API Users. Managed ongoing maintenance and execute a smooth migration from Heroku to AWS

• Solely responsible for the end to end implementation, deployment, maintenance and improvements of a real time caller information dashboard (Live Dashboard) for the client base to monitor the state of ongoing conversations
• Eased the onboarding of 200+ new businesses by automating the sending of emails and creating corresponding issues and milestones using the GitHub REST API to track the status of new businesses
• In charge of configuring and prioritizing customer feature requests based on value for customer, implementation feasibility and backlog, which requires a sound knowledge of the features and limitations of the technical stack.
• Developed a comprehensive wrapper for the Stripe API which includes sophisticated methods of invoice generation and maintenance, currently being used to serve 160+ customers
• Built a suite of internal API endpoints to structure the codebase and increase reusability, primarily to do with the management of customer profiles (e.g. accessing customer conversation history, booking statistics, call data)
• Configured fluentd and ported the logs to Graylog, a refined log management tool that allowed handling of logs from different sources and setting up of actions based on specific triggers (e.g. notifying the respective team members via Slack/Email in the case of an error)
• Successfully integrated FrontdeskAI and Instapages with webhooks which paved the way for a new trigger (like SMS, Call and Webchat) into the system resulting in an increase in the number of clients
