Own end-to-end UX for Sunwave’s behavioral health & SUD web platform; report to CTO and partner with PM, engineering, and client-facing teams to deliver iterative releases.
Established a scalable UX process (discovery → design → handoff → QA) and advanced a component-driven design library (Sunwave Design Library / SDL) for faster, consistent delivery.
Designed new billing workflows including batch Verification of Benefits (VOB) requests from patient lists plus a VOB Dashboard for monitoring, status triage, retry, and batch drilldown.
Led redesigns across core operations modules: CRM Opportunities management (data-dense table UX, inline edits, customization roadmap) and Patient Check-in (search, holds visibility, queue placement, payment modal).
Delivered high-frequency refinements for Bed Board + Holds modules (responsive card layouts, reserved bed/leave states, warning/alert patterns) aligning UI constraints with engineering edge cases.

Led User Experience Design for multiple white-labeled Patient Engagement products, including Patient Portal, Telehealth, Online Scheduling Software, Patient Intake, Practice Management, and Electronic Health Records cloud-based SaaS software.
