I played a critical role in driving the technical direction of multiple projects from inception to delivery. I actively participated in project planning, effort estimation, and defining technical scope while making key decisions on the technology stack, architecture, and design patterns.

By collaborating closely with project managers, UI/UX designers, and backend/frontend teams, I ensured seamless integration across components and delivered scalable, high-performing web and mobile applications. I also worked directly with clients to understand their business goals, align technology solutions accordingly, and communicate complex technical decisions in a clear and actionable manner.

A core part of my role involved mentoring developers, conducting detailed code reviews, and enforcing best practices to maintain high code quality, security, and performance standards. I also provided hands-on support in debugging, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
