Worked directly with the Business Development team to understand their KPIs, and built and internal dashboard for easy access to the most relevant information. Held feedback meetings with members of the company and created product design specs for any features that would be built by the team. Once the project was defined, I would interface with the engineering team to delivery the feature. Was the go-to resource internally for insights into our network data. Would regularly run map-reduce jobs to analyze our network for insights and trends. ### Sales Engineer @ Kontagent Jan 2012 – Jan 2013 Manage the technical sales process for the social and mobile app space. Responsible for technical sales demos and to convey the value proposition of our analytics platform. Regularly interface with C-Level executives, both technical and non-technical, to understand their use cases and pain points around analytics and then discuss with them a solution of how our analytics platform can help meet their needs.
