I've led initiatives that cut onboarding time by 25%, saves roughly $300K in annual training costs, and built modernized AI-ready knowledge frameworks that reduced information retrieval time by 40%. I also design and facilitate executive forums that ensure leadership priorities translate into day-to-day action.
