• Design product features, user experience flows, interactive

prototypes, and system components

• Lead and conduct user research through interviews, usability

tests, and surveys, present findings to the team, and use feedback

and data to inform design direction

• Collaborate with Design, Product, and Engineering teams to

release and iterate on the live product

• Pride ERG founder and Lead responsible for running events,

community meetings, and fundraisers

• Create infographics, webpages, advertisements, print work, event

signage, apparel, logos, motion graphics, edit photos and videos,

and other collateral using Adobe CC, Sketch, and Figma

• Collaborate with marketing team members and second Marketing

Designer to complete projects and evolve the brand’s design

• Create and implement new processes for work management

• Produce various digital and print assets for the marketing team

• Collaborate with Senior Graphic Designer to manage and

complete projects by given deadlines
