My name is Shawn Hartley and my specialty is helping identify and solve critical real world problems through new innovative technology. I develop and implement solutions that are both profitable and useful, and not to mention reliable, secure, and scaleable.

I have an innate knack of being able to simplify complex ideas and break them into smaller parts that can the be accomplished efficiently and easily. 

I understand technology and can talk with the best of the developers. With that said, I am also able to communicate across all aspects of the organization. Whether its executives, operations, the development team or sales professionals. I see myself as the Google Translator for the organization.

Currently at eReceipts we are working on a new innovate solution that will change the shopping experience entirely.

GrabIM a cloud based personal file sharing and storage service with integrated instant messaging capabilities.

I worked as a technical founder at GrabIM utilizing my innovative technological expertise in creating a fully functional prototype for the cloud based file sharing and storage service. I incorporated  low and high fidelity wireframing tools coupled with agile development methodology to keep development costs at a minimum. I produced detailed technical, feature, and specification documents for our offshore team to help facilitate development.

During my experience at GrabIM I acquired an extensive set of skills to help laser focus, manage, and lead in the sea of chaos that is often start-up development.

Webbin.com a personalized web portal utilizing Google Search to create a unique web experience.

As a founder and developer of Webbin.com I designed, developed, debugged and deployed the Webbin portal by strategically using the newest technological resources.I helped overcome substantial cost and technology hurdles by using "outside the box" thinking and implementing open source and partner solutions. If not for these solutions, we would not have been able to complete the projects within the time limitation or funding conditions we were against.

It was during my tenure with Webbin.com that I realized my future was in bringing new innovative technology solutions to the real world by using existing supporting infrastructure to cut down cost and speed up time-to-market.
