Our primary goal was to increase our Annual Contract Value (ACV) to try to secure a Series B funding round. In support of the goal, I combined customer feedback, the limited data we had, and internal insights to create wireframes, AI diagrams, prototypes, and detailed designs. Simultaneously, I designed the future vision of what a best-in-class product could look like, to serve as a North Star to inspire our teams. I then worked with PMs and engineers to break down these designs for implementation.
