I'm a designer, leader, and maker who loves tackling complex problems that actually matter to people.

For the past twenty years I've worked across consumer technology, financial platforms, healthcare, and small business tools as both a hands-on designer and leader of multidisciplinary teams. I'm drawn to the hard spaces where people rarely get thoughtful solutions. I've launched 0 to 1 products, evolved mature platforms, and defined product vision across device ecosystems, mobile, and web.

As a leader, I care deeply about the people doing the work. I focus on creating environments where designers can grow into their own, find their secret powers, and use them with purpose. The metrics matter. So do the designers who stayed, grew, and kept building long after the launch.

I'm currently open to product design leadership and senior IC roles where I can impact what we make and how we make it.

Led a team of 5 designers working on AI-powered personalized member experiences across TV, mobile, and web, helping members find what to love next as Netflix expanded beyond shows and movies into emerging entertainment.

### Director, Product design @ LegalZoom
Jan 2023 – Jan 2025
Built a multidisciplinary team of 5+ designers across tax, patents, trademarks, and legal offerings.

Redesigned the end-to-end tax filing experience and hit real numbers: NPS up 75 points, completion rate up 9%, support call volume cut in half, expert response time down 4 hours. The collaboration system we built became the foundation for how LegalZoom connects customers and professionals across all of its product lines.

Joined as the first design manager for a new product initiative, built a team from scratch, and led end-to-end design of QuickBooks Cash, a 0-to-1 business banking platform with a business account, debit card, savings envelopes, and native mobile and web experience.

We reached 100k+ active customers, $1B+ in deposits, and 7x growth in monthly mobile engagement, earning Fast Company Best UX and Tearsheet Challenger Commercial Bank of the Year in 2020. Through an intense launch the whole team stayed together and kept building after we shipped.
