The product back then was an iPad app to help identify red flags and facilitate communication between teens and doctors during a teens transition to adult healthcare. ### Research Assistant @ Emily Carr University of Art and Design Jan 2010 – Jan 2011 I worked on three research projects. 1. Replay A social website for sharing resources from past projects with the creative community at Emily Carr and Vancouver. I was the project lead along with my peer Rachel Kroft. My responsibilities included, the user experience, strategy, branding, interface, scenario/story boarding, user testing, project management and advocacy. 2. Abracadata A collaborative project with the BC Children's Hospital about identifying and communicatiing through design the impact of physician assistants on the Canadian Health Care System. 3. OnTrac (TickiT) My degree project gained sponsorship from Emily Carr due to close collaboration with the BC Children's Hospital. It is an iPad application that facilitates communication between doctors and youth through an interactive questionnaire that identifies red flags. Currently being developed by Shift Health Paradigms under the name TickiT ### Design Intern @ John Fluevog Shoes Jan 2010 – Jan 2010 I worked directly with the design, sales and marketing teams. My responsibilities included product development and design, as well as the creation of spec packages that are sent to manufacturers and fabricators. I participated primarily in the development of the Spring 2011 collection, with a focus on designing colorways, custom hardware, store display and leather accessories. ### Vice President of Outgoing Exchange @ AIESEC UBC Jan 2009 – Jan 2010 Elected as one of seven to the Executive Board. Leading a team of 10 students, successfully assisted 18 students find suitable internships abroad, a 200% increase from previous year.
