Mentored fellows through a Racial Equity Design Challenge, providing 1-on-1 mentorship, design education, and facilitating personal growth/development workshops. &Design’s mission is to cultivate and activate Black, Latinx, and Indigenous Emerging Designers by providing tools, resources and training to support them on their creative career journey.

Led overall website experience, visual design, and consulted on interactive data visualizations to inform users on the global and regional future of Covid-19. The purpose of the site is to inform policy makers, journalists, educators, government officials and leaders surrounding actions and decision making needed to support long-term predictions on Covid-19 futures.
