Work with client PG&E on internal tools

• Researched and mapped customer journey for multinational fasfood holding company. Provided design strategy on improving digital touch point experience.

• Conducted primary user research to better understand and identify user needs. Redesigned employee intranet portals for efficient communications and team performance.

• Collaborated with key stakeholders to understand the scope of projects and communicated design rationales.

• Designed merchant seller portal to enable over 1.5 million merchants to sell products over the app globally.

• Collaborated closely with the design team, engineers, product managers and copy writers on projects to provide cohesive experience for users.

• Researched and improved the current design components library to be more accessible and integrated into day to day design tasks.

• Recruited and led user research to gain insights from mobile phone usage behaviors.

• Designed innovative concepts for improving phone addictions. Concepts were adapted and implmented on S11.

• Built internal data visualization tool to help product team understand player experience and created more engaging experience.

• Utilize knowledge of data visualization and motion graphics to deliver accessible data dashboard for employees across the organization.
