Worked on QBOA training management for accounting firms with Marketing and the Training Program Managers. Redesigned the QBOA user management experience. Designed and launched MVP for accountants’ in-product-replies to leads. Supported efforts to move existing customers from licensed-based on-premise solutions to cloud-based subscription solutions. Redesigned Mapplet and Mapping experiences to consume different Cloud services. Metro Area Led design for the new Capital One and MasterCard’s digital payment partnership – Capital One Masterpass, which launched in October 2016. By March 2017, 150K customers have signed up for the product. Built registration, checkout, and account management experiences. Engaged the Engineering team early in the process to make sure the user experience accommodated and aligned with the complexity of the API. Conducted usability research and partnered with Product and Engineering teams to iterate and implement designs. Met with the MasterCard team throughout the process to keep them in the loop, share design iterations, and the final design. ### Senior User Experience Designer @ MicroStrategy Jan 2015 – Jan 2015 | Washington D.C. Metro Area Designed and managed UX/UI integration of the security enhancements across the desktop, web, and mobile analytics platforms. Participated in Agile meetings and defined user stories and tasks with product owners. On-site beta engagement with Yahoo and Meredith – installed and configured beta build, demonstrated new BI capabilities with their specific use cases, identified and troubleshot issues, worked with the engineering team to provide fixes. Tested new and existing features in the Analytical Engine and determined logic for edge cases.
