👋 Hi, I’m Shemoel (Shem-well), a senior design leader with 16+ years of experience spanning product strategy, systems, and organizational design.

I lead Retention Design across Engagement and Discovery, while owning Experience Foundations- including Design Systems and AI-enabled build practices that shape how teams design, ship, and scale. My work focuses on increasing leverage: helping teams move faster, make better collaborative decisions, and build with consistency and intention.

I’m known for fostering empathetic, high-trust teams with a strong bar for craft and clarity. I’ve built and scaled Product Design organizations at Pandora, Turo, Thumbtack, and Airtable, and increasingly operate at the system level to prepare teams for an AI-accelerated future.
