With over 7 years of work experience, I am a staff product designer at Meta, where I lead the design of an AI-based ad product that generates millions of incremental revenue. I have an MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design, and I am passionate about creating innovative and user-centric solutions that leverage the power of AI and data. I value collaboration, diversity, and impact, and I strive to contribute to Meta's mission of bringing the world closer together. In my current role, I work as a lead designer to deliver the AI-based ad product (Advantage+ Creative) from scratch, which grows the working team from 5 to over 30+. I collaborate with designers, developers, and offering managers across different squads to enhance the user experience and optimize the ad performance. As a result, the product becomes ad org's top priority that brings 136 million incremental ad revenue in one half, and scales 291% adoption in one half. I also act as the subject matter expert on visual design, and help the team on visual design part across various projects.
