Participated in a mathematics research project under the supervision of a graduate student at the University of Toronto. 

Developed familiarity with elements of signal analysis, data compression as well as the intuition behind the Fourier transform. 

Used MATLAB to create my own implementation of spectrogram software to analyze the frequency data of a song file, by visualizing the intensity of all musical notes at each point in a song.
