• Managing Geographically Dispersed multiple test and automation teams to qualify end-to-end NVME Storage, Scale-Out NAS Storage solution

• Architect VM infrastructure to support system test beds for whole team

• Member of POC (Proof of Concept) team to help SE in executing POC at customer sites, also responsible for running POC test plan in house

• Responsible for performance testing using various tools (vdbench, frametest, dbench, mdtest, ior)

• Architect numerous system test cases like Chaos Monkey, Scalability tests

• Improved automated test coverage multi-fold

Senior Level QA Leader reporting directly to the VP of Engineering with the following responsibilities:

• Qualifying end-to-end HPC NAS Storage H/W and S/W releases

• Building, coaching and mentoring of the QA team(s)

• Responsible for test automation, testing tools

• Lead / Hands-on Manager, led team of software QA engineers for qualifying H/W and S/W releases for DAS, NAS, and SAN Storage Enclosures

• Led team in qualifying various HDDs / SSDs from different vendors

• Fully responsible for automation of test tools and their enhancements
