• Improved RPO by 91.67% (1 hour to less than 5 minutes) by designing a feature to minimize downtime in the event of regional outages.
• Proposed and got buy-in to use a more illustrative component that visualizes customers’ database topology, enabling customers to better understand the impact of the failover operation.
• Unblocked $100M+ ARR for GCP by designing a feature to support cross region failover for several high compliance customers.

Worked as a user experience researcher under Dr. Erin Brady, an Assistant Professor in the Human-Centered Computing Department in the School of Informatics and Computing at IUPUI for Workplace Accessibility.
The study aimed at understanding how social technologies can help improve accessibility practices in the workplace to communicate and coordinate between employers and disabled employees effectively. Involved in planning and conducting narrative inquires and built detailed user portraitures to analyze the challenges in a workplace environment.
