Worked as a user experience researcher under Dr. Erin Brady, an Assistant Professor in the Human-Centered Computing Department in the School of Informatics and Computing at IUPUI for Workplace Accessibility.

The study aimed at understanding how social technologies can help improve accessibility practices in the workplace to communicate and coordinate between employers and disabled employees effectively. Involved in planning and conducting narrative inquires and built detailed user portraitures to analyze the challenges in a workplace environment.

Worked as a Teaching Assistant to Prof. Harry Tunnell for the course 'Introduction to Research in Informatics'. The course presents a broad overview of research philosophy, designs, and methods. Its focus is on social science research methods, and the content is specifically tailored to reflect the rapidly emerging field of informatics.
