Leading the Feed ads and GenAI design teams on Facebook Monetization, dominant contributor to Meta revenue.

Previously led teams on Meta's business messaging consumer and advertiser experiences leading to the launch of new marketing and authentication messaging products on WhatsApp, and a $XB 0-1 centralized marketing campaigns product across WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram.

Lead product designer in the WhatsApp Business Team, supporting the WhatsApp Cloud API launch. Grew from conception to hundreds of millions of business users and yearly revenue > 1B. This was the fastest growing new revenue line at Meta since ads.

### Senior UX Designer @ SAMSUNG
Jan 2017 – Jan 2021 | Mountain View, California
Samsung Knox suite is a family of enterprise tools for device management used by 15K+ businesses in 100+ countries and 1B+ devices across the world. I was the site team lead for a centralized design team of 15 supporting a globally distributed ~200 person product and engineering org.

- Led design for the product portfolio directly with cross-functional leadership influencing product strategy, vision and roadmapping of 2 web-based products, 2 mobile apps and created 3 0-to-1 products.
- Established design practices and launched a refreshed design language for the entire suite.
- Drove 0-to-1 launch of a frontline solution in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic - Knox Capture - a key leadership ask in a short timeline.
- Led global design team of 15 through ensuring cohesive product experience, scaling team members, mentorship, driving critical alignment with cross-functional partners and end-to-end recruiting for design.

### Co-Founder, Creative Lead @ Taro
Jan 2015 – Jan 2017 | San Francisco Bay Area
[Acquired by EAT Club]  Taro re-imagines homestyle food for busy families by taking advantage of brand new distribution platforms like on-demand delivery and D2C food shipping, We targeted differentiated food focus (ethnic-inspired), and segmented approach to customer personas across D2C, Retail and On-Demand channels. We delivered over 1,000,000 meals in 8 states on the West Coast.

- End to end product design, including apps for consumers, chefs, drivers and core product website
- Everything else under the sun: company brand, style guide, messaging, social media marketing, email marketing, operations, chef relations and customer support
