I am a design leader with experience across public and private sectors. I build and mentor talented design teams to help organizations create AI-human experiences, services and products that center around human needs, behaviors and motivations and drive measurable business impact. • Manages design process, cross functional alignment, and team execution to continuously define north star experience vision, and translate that to tactical design and build of an AI-native care platform to deliver care at scale and create efficiencies in clinician workflows 
• Designs 0 to 1 care delivery services, enabled by both AI and human clinicians, for rural MA members that will meet member experience needs and reduce medical expense
