Hi, I'm Shlok — a Computer Science graduate with a passion for building scalable, reliable software products from the ground up.

My core strength has been backend and cloud engineering. I built robust REST APIs and microservices using Python frameworks like FastAPI and Django, as well as Node.js, and took those services all the way from local development to production-grade cloud deployments on AWS and Azure. I worked heavily with Docker and Kubernetes to containerize and orchestrate applications, and used Terraform to manage infrastructure as code.

On the data side, I've worked with both relational and NoSQL databases — PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB — and leaned on Redis and message brokers like Kafka and RabbitMQ to build systems that stayed fast and resilient under load.

I also have a solid foundation in ML and deep learning, having worked with PyTorch and TensorFlow to build models that went beyond experimentation and integrated directly into production pipelines.
I've always cared about the full product lifecycle — writing clean, testable code, automating CI/CD workflows with tools like GitHub Actions and Jenkins, and building systems that teams could confidently scale and maintain over time.
